Winterizing
- Properly evacuate water from all irrigation lines to prevent freeze damage
- Drain Backflow Prevention device
Back Flow prevention safety check
- Recommended every 3 years at time of Spring Turn-On
- Back flow device is required by law and protects your drinking water by preventing siphonage from your lawn back into your domestic water supply
- Inspection of all safety valves in unit to ensure that they are working correctly
- Clean out reservoir
- Check gaskets and bonnets assembly

Although there are many pest control options on the market today, we truly believe that this program is the #1 choice.
Tick and Mosquito Control
- It is completely natural, making it safe for children and pets
- Since the product is distributed through your irrigation system, it provides a blanket coverage, rather than only being applied to the perimeter of your property. This give you better protection to the outdoor areas near your home where you spend your time.
- Frequent applications allow for less solution to be applied more often, creating a constant barrier.
- Manual operation can be performed prior to outdoor parties and events for pest free enjoyment.
- You don't even need to be home when we administer the monthly refills and these appointments are prescheduled.
Installation and Monthly Charge
- One Time Installation Fee: $350

Friendly reminder notices are sent to existing customers to notify you that it’s time to have your system serviced.
The delivery dates of these notices may vary from year-to-year due to weather predictions and/or existing conditions. In order to best accommodate your schedule preferences, please contact the office at your earliest convenience to schedule your service.
Service agreements were created to provide our customers special offerings (discounts, visit summaries & prescheduled appts.) We send out our Annual Service Agreements at the end of every year. If you prefer, you have the option to schedule your own visits and pay the regular rate per service. Electing a maintenance plan help us monitor your irrigation system not only thoroughly but keeps your landscape looking beautiful.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday (and most Saturdays).
Please note that we are not able to guarantee a specific time, but rather an AM (8am-12pm) or PM (12-5pm) appointment time slot. Occasionally Saturday appointments are available. Please inquire when phoning to schedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you will not be home at the time of the scheduled service call, please let us know and be sure to provide us access to all necessary equipment.
